Question: Is there any option to track my order?

Answer: Once your order is shipped, you can track your order. If you ordered any special or made-to-order radiators, you can contact one of specialists for an update on your product.

Question: How do I return my product?

Answer: Most products can be returned to us by first contacting one of of specialists for a Return Authorization. All return shipments must be prepaid by the customer. Certain made-to-order or custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Question: What are your shipping policies?

Answer: During the checkout process, you will have shipping options with various rates. Customers are welcome to schedule a pickup for free from our warehouse located in Montreal, Quebec.

Question: What are the available payment options?

Answer: Payment can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.

Question: How do I come to know if there are any sales on Just Rad products?

Answer: Sales can be found on our website and/or through email subscriptions.

Question: Can I get any technical assistance regarding the installation of a product?

Answer: Absolutely! Our specialists would be happy to guide you in the installation of a product. As always, we highly suggest having a certified installer installing products for you.

Answer: Most specifications and installation guides are found on our Product Information Centre. If you require more information on a particular product, please feel free to contact us.
