- All items returned within 30 days for a full refund (of price paid) will not include the shipping and handling fees as well as a restocking fee of 25%.
(Some products may have higher restocking fees based on work input required).
- Some products may not be eligible for returns at all as they are custom built (size and colour) to order. Please feel free to Contact Us for more details at email@example.com – must be properly identified on product page and at checkout.(Accuro Korle & Cast Iron radiators cannot be refunded or exchanged)
- Items wrongfully shipped by JUST RADS or items, which are received defective, are eligible for full refunds.
- Customer must call in and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form, which must be included with the return of the package. Packages sent back without a proper RMA will be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee. Please make sure to contact us before you send back any products. (CREATE- RMA FORM LINK)
- The products must be returned in original condition and packaging with all components included (manuals, documentation, tools, parts, etc.). We do not sell used or open-box products.
- Any products, which are returned in a ‘used’ condition, will not be refunded as we only sell brand new products, which carry full warranty. Customers will be liable for all return transport costs.
- Products are to be shipped back to JUST RADS at the customer’s expense and should be insured. Loss or damage during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- JUST RADS is to be notified of any defective or damaged product within 5 business days of receipt. No exceptions.
**Accuro Korle products and Cast Iron Radiators are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are custom built to order.
All orders are processed the same day or next working day.
How long will it take to receive my goods from when I order?
Depending on the purchased product, the delays may vary. Once an order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with an approximate delivery time. For most Myson and Farho products delivery is usually within 7-10 working days from your date or order or sooner. For Cast Iron radiators, deliveries usually vary between 1-4 weeks depending on the order. Please keep in mind that the cast iron radiators are custom built individually to specific sizes by hand, so this prolongs the process.
Accuro Korle radiators and towel warmers usually have a lead time of 5-6 weeks. There are also custom built piece by piece by hand.
Please note: Unusually large parcels may be subject to a price variation. Customer will be notified before being charged.
How are orders shipped?
Orders usually ship via UPS. Larger orders may ship via transport carriers on a pallet depending on products size, quantity and weight.
Please note: Pallet shipments will be made curb side. Delivery men will not bring them inside. Delivery appointments will be made with the customers knowledge 24 hours prior to delivery to ensure someone is present when receiving the shipment.

Can I track my orders?
Once you have placed an order online with us and the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including an order number and tracking number so that you can track your shipment.
What if I ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item, please contact one of our customer service reps by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of the error. Customers will have to cover shipping costs if the item(s) have already left our warehouse.
